Just so you know I miss each and everyone of you.
Being a pastry chef during the holidays is a little crazy. I am working anywhere from 50-60 hours everyday and a lot of time going in on my days off.
So I just wanted to come on real quick and say hello. I should be back on regularly after the new year.
